Yoav Ventura

Chief Executive Officer

Yoav is the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of AKT Global, a leading People Experience Cloud Solutions consultancy in the EMEA region, executing on a vision to pioneer a fundamentally different approach to human experience management consulting.

In the past twenty years, Yoav has been working with organizations on establishing their global Human Capital Management infrastructure and processes, mainly through advanced technology and innovation.

Since 2009, Yoav serves as the Vice-President for Strategy and Planning (volunteering position) of University of the People, an NGO dedicated to democratizing access to higher education by combining the latest in social networking technology with the highest academic standards in the first online, tuition-free global university.

Yoav is a Fellow at the Aspen Institute Middle East Leadership Initiative (MELI) program and is involved with various activities aimed at promoting collaboration among business leaders in the region. He has served as a board member of several public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, including Danel and TechnoPlus Ventures.

Yoav graduated from Tel Aviv University earning his degrees in industrial engineering and management. He has also served for 7 years in the IDF reaching the rank of Major.

Racheli Muchnik-Saghi

As Chief Operating Officer, Racheli is in charge of all financial, legal, commercial, operational and human resource functions. Racheli joined the company in 2007, as a leading consultant in the HR Efficiency field. Diana Erikman

Chief Financial Officer
Diana is a professionally qualified, results-oriented Chief Financial Officer, with a solid background in the successful management of complex multi-functional international businesses and with extensive senior management and board responsibilities.

She is commercially and financially astute and a skilled communicator and manager of people with strong stakeholder and relationship building skills, having led Finance Departments for tech companies before joining AKT. She has held roles as Regional Controller for the EMEA region for medical technology company Venus Concept as well as Senior Auditor Accountant in High Tech and Communications at Deloitte.

Managing Director, AKT Czech Republic

Dan Petřivalský is a seasoned professional in the ICT industry with 25+ years of experience in various sales and management roles. Dan’s professional history includes SAP, where he was focused on BI, but it was his first encounter with Success Factors. The next personal experience with this product was while Dan was Head of Sales at GuideVision, he was involved in integration projects between Success Factors and ServiceNow.

Dan also has been serving as a vice-chairman of itSMF Czech Republic since 2018, he facilitates its annual conferences. The next topic is Humanizing IT, which is well connected to AKT’s business. In spare time, Dan enjoys learning how to tend to a small vineyard, practicing karate, and spending time with his daughter and sons.

Eric Blum

Eric Blum is AKT’s Head of Sales & Marketing and Head of Experience Management Practice in the EMEA region. He oversees all the projects, embarking the Qualtrics XM solutions. He is a driving force for the development of the practice, from offerings design to talent development, including critical partnerships starting with Qualtrics at a global level. Eric has nearly 30 years of experience with large global customer programs, having mostly worked as an executive sponsor, providing consultative support to increase business value for customer stakeholders. He has a solid track of records with Digital Transformation programs focusing on the Employee Experience across different vertical industries. Galia Inbar

Managing Director, People Advisory Practice
Galia brings over 20 years of experience. Maurice Schilken

Managing Director, AKT DACH
Maurice leads AKT’s SAP Cloud People business that services customers headquartered in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). With his over 20-years of experience in the business of HR software, customers in the region can be confident that their successful SAP SuccessFactors journey with AKT.

While working for perbit Software GmbH at the beginning of his career, Maurice brought an outstanding success in selling HR software for midmarket customers in Germany.

Since 2008 Maurice worked in different roles at SAP. He began in Sales of SAP E-Recruiting and moved to the German Presales team for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors 2 years later. Maurice developed his Human Experience Management (HXM) skills to an expert level and was responsible for international customers with complex HR and digitalization needs. Due his different roles, he has a huge knowledge of the HXM market in the DACH region and incredible network into the SuccessFactors community. Maurice is a trusted advisor for HR people and customers of AKT can benefit from his deep SAP SuccessFactors and digital HR transformation know how. He brings a deep understanding of HR architecture and SAP portfolio to give our customers the best guidance on their journey to next level of HXM services.

His last role before joining the AKT team was Partner Manager in the SAP SuccessFactors Global Alliances team, responsible for managing and developing SuccessFactors partners in the MEE region.

Tahir Ahmed

Batia has become, in the past 25 years, an expert in assessment and selection processes, specifically assessment and career counseling for senior executives, and is a highly regarded professional in these fields. Keren Shaked

Head of Advisory, Experience Management Practice
As Head of AKT’s global practice, Experience Management, that covers both Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX), Keren brings significant experience as an international Certified Customer Experience Professional. She’s the network leader of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in Israel.

Prior to joining AKT, she was the owner and CEO of B-Pro, a boutique consulting firm. She’s an experienced professional bridging the business world and the technological world to create a comprehensive solutions for organizations, with expertise in leading customer experience projects in the digital era. She has vast experience working with B2B and B2C companies local and global.

Keren is a renowned lecturer and facilitator of workshops including CX journey mapping workshops and often a guest lecturer in BA and MBA programs. She’s a member of the judges’ panel in the Service and Customer Experience global competitions, an academic leader of B-Next Campus, and served in the Israeli army as the IT director of the education corps.

Michal Young

Rami Pinkas

Head of Leadership, People Advisory
Rami brings with him 20 years of experience as VPHR in global organizations, and about 10 years of experience as a consultant to leading Israeli organizations.

Over the past two decades, Rami has served as VPHR in a number of global organizations, including AIG, Comverse, Better Place and Frutarom, and has played a central role in promoting strategic moves in these organizations, such as: changing the structure of the organization, moving the organization to offshoring, merger and acquisition processes, as well as managing transformation processes in HR.

Sekhar Seth

Head of India Delivery Hub, SuccessFactors Practice
Sekhar leads AKT’s SAP Cloud People Solutions team in India. He has more than fourteen years of SAP experience with more than 15 successful end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. He has both functional and technical expertise across a range of HCM modules including Core HR, Performance Management, Learning Solutions, Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Compensation Management, Self-Services, Payroll, and Reporting.

He has hands-on work experience in integration of SuccessFactors with both SAP (On-premise payroll, ECP) and non-SAP technologies and significant know-how in designing the best solution based on business needs while acting as project manager, solution architect and team lead.

Toby Devine

Sales Director

Toby is Sales Director at AKT Global where he acts in a leading capacity, supporting AKT’s Managing Directors & Partners internationally. He has over a decade of experience working in a variety of sales and advisory roles, dedicated to SAP SuccessFactors and complementary solutions. Due to Toby’s advisory and consultative style, AKT’s customers can be extremely confident when entering such projects with our dedicated and highly experienced teams.

Previous to AKT, Toby, who holds very strong relationships with SAP Sales and Leadership Teams globally, worked on behalf of a few Global Gold SAP SuccessFactors Partners, which include TalenTeam and Success Solutions, which, as a result, delivered global transformation and specialist projects within the Cloud SAP ecosystem.

Toby has a dedicated track record of helping customers select and complete transformation programmes, always utilising the latest and greatest solutions and extensions that the SAP Cloud has to offer. Notably, in recent years he has aimed to get the most out of SAP SuccessFactors with a number of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) projects, which has in turn seen some of the most effective and largest deals in the market to date.
