He brings with him over 20 years of experience in HR management and Organizational Development.
He specializes in designing and implementing cross-organizational processes – Talent Management , Career Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, and Organizational Learning programs.
Among his clients are many leading companies in the market such as Bank Hapoalim, Bank Leumi, Bank Discount, Maccabi HMO, Strauss and Tnuva, as well as global organizations such as Amdocs, Nice, Cognyte, Teva and Adama.
Prior to joining AKT, Oren was the Global Director of L&D at Stratasys and prior to that held a series of senior Human Resources management positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
