Head of Customer Experience Management
As Head of AKT’s global practice, Experience Management, that covers both Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX), Keren brings significant experience as an international Certified Customer Experience Professional. She’s the network leader of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in Israel. Prior to joining AKT, she was the owner and CEO of B-Pro, a boutique consulting firm. She’s an experienced professional bridging the business world and the technological world to create a comprehensive solutions for organizations, with expertise in leading customer experience projects in the digital era. She has vast experience working with B2B and B2C companies local and global.
Keren is a renowned lecturer and facilitator of workshops including CX journey mapping workshops and often a guest lecturer in BA and MBA programs. She’s a member of the judges’ panel in the Service and Customer Experience global competitions, an academic leader of B-Next Campus, and served in the Israeli army as the IT director of the education corps.
