Jesica is a trained HR consultant with numerous corporate projects experience on soft HR processes across a number of industries and change management knowledge. She has led end-to-end recruiting and designed on-premise and e-learning training programs. She runs system admin and key users training and manages end-user training materials production.

She also supports customers throughout their BAU stage, including conducting regular customer service and support review meetings, ensuring that customers are up-to-date with SAP notifications; e.g. system updates, upgrades, maintenance windows etc., and supporting client HRIS teams with education and training as well as provides adoption information and insights. These activities and others are for the purpose of ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
