Customer Lifecycle Manager
Artem has extensive experience in technical systems assistance to B2B customers remotely and on-site in Central and Eastern Europe. He’s assisted with technical onboarding of new business customers and providing technical support to existing customers. He has also assisted in designing and testing of proprietary B2B software.
As one of AKT’s Customer Lifecycle Manager, Artem supports customers throughout their BAU stage of their SAP SuccessFactors journey. He conducts regular customer service and support review meetings, ensure that customers are up-to-date with SAP notifications; e.g. system updates, upgrades, maintenance windows etc., presents SAP SuccessFactors supporting tools and resources, supports Client HRIS with education and training as well as provides adoption information and insights, and ensures customers are aware and prepared for releases, functionality end-of-life and other events. These activities are in addition to, Artem supporting customers with running annual cycles (performance, compensation, succession), coordinating other AKT team members’ work (ensuring high level of responsiveness) and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
