Prior to joining AKT, Uri was the Senior Executive Vice President of Hilan Ltd, a multi billions public company . Hilan became Israel market leader in the HR arene covering from payroll to time & attendance solutions. Uri led the overall Hilan solutions and introduce to the Israeli HR market the business processes outsourcing for payroll and T&A. He initiated a new business model and personally managed setting solutions for mega local and global corporations in Israel including Intel, Teva, Motorola etc.
