Over the years Batia has accompanied many leading Israeli organizations in creating and implementing assessment tools, competency models and capabilities, and identifying managerial potential and key talents. In addition, Batia has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in the process of evaluating senior managers and accompanying them in building a personal development plan and career path. Moreover, Batia has developed expertise in career management processes within organizations, including training HR teams and managers as career ambassadors within the organization. In parallel, Batia has been a part of the implementation of assessment processes for “the many” in today’s digital age, including implementing leading global methodologies.
Batia joined AKT to establish and develop the field of executive assessment and today she manages a team of experienced professionals in the field, including additional derivative services and tools in the field. Under her leadership, AKT has built a professional team of assessors and has refined the added value brought to customers.
