What is EQM?
EQM is an extension to SAP-SuccessFactors, developed on BTP. It helps manage employee qualifications throughout the employment lifecycle, covering all types of qualifications such as certifications, licenses, internal and external training, OJT, vaccinations, medical tests and even accidents and disciplinary log. EQM supports complex business rules, integrates with external systems, and is designed to be flexible and adaptable across industries.
EQM directly and effectively solves a critical challenge for many organizations, helping them stay compliant, reduce risk, and increase efficiency. By leveraging SuccessFactors for foundational data and BTP services for UI and business logic, EQM is poised to be a valuable tool for SAP SuccessFactors customers, particularly in highly regulated industries
