Ariel is an Experience Management Analyst, both for customer experience and employee experience projects. As an M.A. in Social Psychology with background in Social Research, he brings tremendous value by combining his understanding of behavior tendencies with methodological and statistical knowledge to properly measure it, which leads to a richer realization of experience data.

He is Qualtrics-certified as a technical consultant. Throughout his time at AKT, he offers consulting and support to a vast group of companies across different industries, both in-country and multi-national, in managing their experience research by leveraging Qualtrics – the #1 Experience Management solution in the market.

Prior to AKT, he worked as an occupational diagnostician, conducting personal interviews and group dynamic assessments for recruitment consultant purposes.
