Rami brings with him 20 years of experience as VPHR in global organizations, and about 10 years of experience as a consultant to leading Israeli organizations.
Over the past two decades, Rami has served as VPHR in a number of global organizations, including AIG, Comverse, Better Place and Frutarom, and has played a central role in promoting strategic moves in these organizations, such as: changing the structure of the organization, moving the organization to offshoring, merger and acquisition processes, as well as managing transformation processes in HR.
In the period preceding the positions of VPHR, Rami served as a consultant to some of the leading organizations in Israel. As a consultant, Rami specialized in business changes, organizational changes, executive development programs and enterprise talent management.
Rami holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Bar Ilan University.
