In this event, you will get a chance to evaluate how the latest Qualtrics Employee Experience integrated with your HR/IS and help you drive and support these changes quickly, and at scale.
As the Israeli workforce is entering the post pandemic reality, the old-school management style is ending. We see a shift away from a one-size-fits-all approach towards a personalized employee journey, designed for their needs.
It implies new managerial behaviors and new HR supporting services.

Liraz Margalit, PhD, is a Social Psychologist who specializes in Behavioral Design and Decision Making. She integrates Neuropsychology and Behavioral Economics perspectives to analyze User behavior and deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders. Liraz is a lecturer at the IDC and a worldwide keynote speaker. Her consumer behavior research was awarded with the OBE, Online Business Excellence for 2016 as well as the Best of Neuromarketing and was chosen as CMSWire contributor of the year 2017. Her research papers and studies can be found in top business magazines such as Entrepreneur, TechCrunch and Forbes. She also writes an ongoing blog for Psychology Today named “Behind Online Behavior”.

Both Michal and Vicki have years of experience as HR consultants for strategic and operational advisory. They have been using Qualtrics Employee Experience for years with numerous customers. They will show us the latest Qualtrics EX innovations including its full support of Hebrew. We will revisit some of the fundamentals of its powerful platform.
