Dror Feldberg brings a wealth of experience and a history with the AKT Global family, returning as our Director of Customer Excellence and Growth. Dror led the SuccessFactors practice in Israel at SAP for five years. In this role, he was a key figure in empowering organizations to lead change, foster engagement, and elevate employee experiences. In his previous role at AKT, Dror spent three years as the Head of Sales and Pre-Sales for SuccessFactors, where he was instrumental in our business development and sales activities, both globally and in Israel. He also led the global pre-sales activity, providing organizations with a clear path to their HR digital transformation. Dror, based in London, is passionate about guiding businesses through their digital HR transformation, leveraging his deep expertise in HCM to help clients optimize business processes and achieve strategic objectives. His return reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional value and building lasting partnerships with our clients.
