READY2RUN TESTING ENVIRONMENT – DATA PRIVACY NOTICE

1.Introduction
AKT Solutions Ltd (“AKT“, “we“, “us” or “our“) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of individuals whose information is processed through the Ready2Run testing environment (the “Testing Environment“), operated using the SmartRecruiters platform.
This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and otherwise process personal information in connection with the Testing Environment.
The Testing Environment is used exclusively for testing, demonstration, configuration, evaluation and improvement of the SmartRecruiters platform and its functionalities. It is not intended to be used for actual recruitment, job applications or employment decisions.
This Notice applies to all individuals whose personal information is submitted, uploaded or otherwise processed through the Testing Environment, including AKT employees, testers, demonstrators and individuals whose CVs or other personal information may be uploaded during testing.
2.Who is responsible for your personal information?
The data controller responsible for the processing of personal information through the Testing Environment is AKT Solutions Ltd., Global Towers, 1 Yitzak Rabin Street, Petach Tikva, Israel.

3.What personal information do we collect?
Depending on how the Testing Environment is used, we may collect and process the following categories of personal information:
- Identification and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, address and other contact details
- Social accounts (e.g. Linkedin)
- CV and professional information: CVs, employment history, professional experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, professional licenses and other information included in an uploaded CV or profile.
- Account and user information: usernames, account details, login information, user preferences and information relating to your use of the Testing Environment.
- Technical and usage information: IP addresses, device and browser information, access logs, activity records, actions performed within the platform, test results and feedback.
- Other information: any additional personal information voluntarily entered, submitted or uploaded by users during testing.
CVs and other documents uploaded to the Testing Environment may contain additional personal information, including sensitive personal information or special categories of personal data under applicable data protection legislation.
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information through the Testing Environment unless necessary for a specific testing purpose and permitted by applicable law.
4.For what purposes do we use your personal information?
We process personal information collected through the Testing Environment for the following purposes:
- Configuring, testing, demonstrating and evaluating the SmartRecruiters platform and its functionalities.
- Testing the platform’s features, workflows, usability and performance.
- Identifying, investigating and resolving technical issues, bugs and errors.
- Evaluating and improving the platform and its configuration.
- Managing user accounts and access to the Testing Environment.
- Monitoring use of the Testing Environment and maintaining its security and integrity.
- Preventing unauthorized access, misuse or other security incidents.
- Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
The Testing Environment is not an actual recruitment platform. Personal information submitted or uploaded to it will not be used to assess individuals for employment, make recruitment decisions or determine their suitability for any actual position. Any actual recruitment process will be conducted separately and subject to the applicable AKT recruitment privacy notice.
5.Is providing personal information mandatory?
Providing personal information through the Testing Environment is voluntary and is not a legal requirement.
Certain information, such as basic account details, may be technically necessary to create a user account or access particular functionalities. If you choose not to provide such information, you may be unable to use certain functionalities or participate in certain testing activities.
We encourage users to use fictitious, synthetic or anonymized information wherever possible, rather than uploading actual CVs or other personal information.
Users should not upload personal information relating to another individual unless they are authorized to do so and have ensured that the individual has been appropriately informed, where required by applicable law.
6.With whom do we share your personal information?
Access to personal information in the Testing Environment will be restricted to individuals who require access for the purposes described in this Notice, including authorized AKT employees and personnel involved in testing, configuration, administration, maintenance and technical support.
We may also share personal information with:
- SmartRecruiters: the provider of the platform, which may process personal information on our behalf in connection with hosting, operating, maintaining and supporting the Testing Environment.
- Other service providers and subcontractors: third parties providing technical, hosting, maintenance, security or other support services to AKT in connection with the Testing Environment.
- Authorities and other third parties: where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or a valid request by a competent authority, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information collected through the Testing Environment.
7.International transfers of personal information
Given AKT’s international operations and the use of the SmartRecruiters platform, personal information may be stored, accessed or processed in countries other than the country in which you are located.
Such countries may have different data protection laws from those applicable in your country.
Where required by applicable law, AKT will implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that international transfers of personal information are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Such safeguards may include Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
8.How long do we retain your personal information?
Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
As the Testing Environment is intended solely for testing and evaluation purposes:
- CVs and other personal information uploaded for testing will be deleted or anonymized once the relevant testing activities have been completed or when the information is no longer required for those activities.
- User account information will be retained for as long as necessary to administer access to the Testing Environment and will be deleted when the relevant account is no longer required.
- Technical logs and security records may be retained for a limited period as necessary for security, troubleshooting and compliance purposes.
When the Testing Environment is decommissioned or is no longer required, personal information stored in it will be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
9.How do we protect your personal information?
AKT implements appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.
Access to the Testing Environment and the personal information stored in it is restricted to authorized users with a legitimate business need.
Notwithstanding these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, where applicable.
- Object to or request restriction of certain processing activities, where applicable.
- Exercise any additional rights available to you under applicable data protection legislation.

11.Changes to this Privacy Notice
