The event brought together policing leaders and industry experts to explore how frontline feedback can be turned into meaningful action across UK policing.
Discussions centered on findings from the largest policing digital experience study undertaken in UK policing, capturing more than 8,000 responses across 48 police forces and analyzing over 35,000 comments.
The session highlighted the importance of employee listening, digital experience and data-driven decision-making in helping organizations improve productivity, service delivery and employee experience.
