Turning Frontline Feedback into a National Insight Platform
AKT partnered with Qualtrics and Policing Insight to deliver the largest digital experience study ever undertaken in UK policing. Powered by the Qualtrics platform, the study gathered 8,000+ responses from officers and staff across 48 police forces, creating a robust evidence base on the frontline digital experience.
AKT led the qualitative analysis and strategic synthesis, using advanced text analytics to identify the operational issues with the greatest impact on productivity, service delivery and employee experience. The findings were translated into a national report highlighting the key themes, challenges and opportunities emerging from frontline feedback.
Beyond the initial publication, the initiative established the foundation for an ongoing benchmarking and insight platform, enabling police organisations to compare performance, prioritise investment and track progress over time.
