UK policing invests more than £2 billion annually in digital, data and technology, yet there was no comprehensive national benchmark of how officers and staff experienced the systems they rely on every day.

Policing Insight sought to create a sector-wide study that would capture the voice if frontline officers and staff and translate both quantitative and qualitative feedback into practical recommendations for police forces, national bodies and technology providers.

Turning Frontline Feedback into a National Insight Platform

AKT partnered with Qualtrics and Policing Insight to deliver the largest digital experience study ever undertaken in UK policing. Powered by the Qualtrics platform, the study gathered 8,000+ responses from officers and staff across 48 police forces, creating a robust evidence base on the frontline digital experience.
