This foundation of shared commitment and clear governance made it possible to deliver the first milestone on time: a live payroll run in January 2024, backed by a fully functional employee master data and time-tracking solution.
Building on that success, AKT navigated the complexity of regional rollouts across 14 additional countries, addressing diverse local requirements for time tracking and payroll-relevant data integration with payroll systems. Within 16 months of the programme’s start, the full SAP SuccessFactors suite was live globally across all 15 countries — a true record-time achievement for a deployment of this scale and complexity.
