Differentiated Talent Development at Scale
AKT partnered with CyberArk to design and implement a global Talent Assessment & Development program tailored to two distinct populations: Senior Talent and Rising Talent-mid-level high-potential employees.
At the core of the program was a structured, assessment-driven development process. All participants completed a digital personality assessment (ADEPT), providing deep insights into leadership style, work behaviors, and development areas.
For Senior Talent, the process included an additional diagnostic layer, combining career interviews, behavioral assessment, and manager input into an integrative report. This enabled a deeper understanding of leadership potential and development needs.
Each participant engaged in a one-on-one coaching session with an AKT consultant to translate assessment insights into a personalized Individual Development Plan (IDP). This was followed by a structured alignment session with the participant’s direct manager, ensuring that development goals were both meaningful and closely connected to business objectives.
To support long-term impact, AKT developed a comprehensive development ecosystem, including a structured IDP framework, a bank of development activities, and a participant guide. These tools enabled participants to take ownership of their development while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.
The program successfully combined depth with scalability, creating a consistent global experience while addressing individual needs. As a result, CyberArk strengthened engagement among high-potential employees, enhanced development ownership, and reinforced its leadership pipeline in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
