DocuSearch is a SAP SuccessFactors extension developed by AKT Global. It allows SAP SuccessFactors users to easily search for any document stored in various modules within the platform. It enables searches by various parameters and ensures that all the documents that are stored in the system can be found easily and intuitively.

The AKT Global Mobility extension enables organizations to efficiently manage end-to-end preparation for global mobility assignments, including structured information collection across multiple stages. Different teams can contribute required data based on their role and timing in the process, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and readiness. Once the employee signs the assignment contract, all validated information is seamlessly submitted to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as a global assignment event, eliminating manual re-entry and accelerating deployment.

This application enables HR teams to nominate employees for promotion on a rolling basis throughout the year, supporting a flexible, business-driven approach beyond fixed annual cycles. It provides real-time visibility into budget utilization and total nomination values, organized by promotion cycles or budget owners to ensure financial control and transparency. The process dynamically triggers all relevant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central workflows, and upon approval, automatically updates employee records with the appropriate transaction changes resulting from the promotion.
