EQM (short for "Employee Qualification Management") is an extension to SAP-SuccessFactors, developed on BTP. It helps manage employee qualifications throughout the employment lifecycle, covering all types of qualifications such as certifications, licenses, internal and external training, OJT, vaccinations, medical tests and even accidents and disciplinary log. EQM supports complex business rules, integrates with external systems, and is designed to be flexible and adaptable across industries.
