Julia is an Employee Experience Advisory Specialist. After spending almost 20 years in the dedicated consulting practice within the Ipsos Group as a Director, she co-created < Augmented Talent > in 2019 to help organizations get the most out of their internal feedback programs – in terms of strategy, delivery and capability building. And as of November 2021, AKT is thrilled to have a member partnership with Augmented Talent and Julia within our global Experience Management team.
Julia has a solid experience in managing internal feedback programs (EX and Engagement, Strategy and Change Management, Leadership and Development, Employer Branding, etc.) for global organizations / Heads of HR, Communication or Branding/Marketing Executives. She regularly contributes in articles and employee survey insights publication on Digital Transformation and the Future of Work.
