Idit is a Customer Lifecycle Manager and Head of the Customer Success team at AKT, based in Italy. She is managing customer accounts for projects and customer activities from the go-live milestone. Prior to joining AKT, she held roles encompassing commercial to technical to educational functions in the IT and Telecommunications sectors.
Idit has an MBA from Tel-Aviv University, where she also obtained a BSc in Industrial Engineering. She also has a diploma in Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Management from the same institution.
