JB is a senior employee experience expert at AKT. He has spent 20 years working with clients to measure, manage and impact employee engagement. He is the go-to person for companies wishing to design employee-centric initiatives and optimize their internal feedback systems.
Previously, he worked as a consultant in labor relations and social communications, then joined Market Research firm Ipsos in 2001. He held various positions within Ipsos’ advisory practice focused on employee engagement and employer branding strategies. He led specialized HR consulting and research teams in London, Paris, Toronto as well as Hong Kong. In 2019, JB co-founded < Augmented Talent >, an HR insight studio, to help organizations take their staff experience to the next level. He became a certified Qualtrics EX Scientist in 2020. And as of November 2021, AKT is thrilled to have a member partnership with Augmented Talent and JB within our global Experience Management team.
