Digital HR Transformation Consultant
Yael Shachar is a Digital HR Transformation Consultant at AKT. She works with HR organizations in supporting the development and improvement of their HR core and management processes, often accompanied with implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
Her main areas of expertise are design, build and implementation of HR management processes, hire-to-retire core processes, HR infrastructure and policies, HR service and operations, and change management.
Yael has 20 years of experience in various HR roles, including serving as HR business partner, Compensation and Benefits lead ,HR Operations & Service lead, and employee relations. She also has garnered specific experience in leading HR activities in times of mergers and acquisitions.
Yael has a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Haifa University in Israel.
