As Co-Founder and Partner at AKT, Etan leads the firm’s Talent and Organisational Consulting business, with strategic partnership with Aon Hewitt and Radford. He and his team have secured more than 150 of AKT's biggest Israeli multinational customers, re-engineering their HR processes and systems or reshaping their HR function all together. And today, the Talent and Organisational Consulting team of more than 50 professionals, provides HR excellence solutions, across rewards and benefits, talent management, learning advisory, M&A, change management, HRIS advisory, and workforce and HR analytics. It is Etan’s continuous focus that the Talent and Organisational Consulting business continues to be the local leader in helping HR organisations realise their full potential as a catalyst for digital change across leadership, culture and strategy.
Before joining AKT, Etan held two executive roles at Applied Materials: Human Resources Director and Organisation Effectiveness Manager for the Process Diagnostics and Control (PDC) Business global group. And before that, Etan served in various executive positions at Intel HR since 1997.
Etan holds an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA program, a joint programme with Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University, and obtained a BSc in Industrial Engineering with summa cum laude from Ben-Gurion University.
