Yael Ben Horin–Naot, PhD, is the Leadership Development Solution Leader of the Talent Management Team at AKT.
Yael is an Organizational Psychologist and university-affiliated professor with over 20 years of experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Occupational Consulting. Yael provides consulting and coaching for executive clients and work units. She specializes in leadership strategy, leadership development, enhancing team performance, implementing organizational learning processes and mechanisms, selection and assessment. Among Yael’s customers are ICL, ADAMA (Makhteshim-Agan), Mobile Access, Teva and Compass.
Yael is a senior lecturer (adjunct faculty) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology graduate level studies in Haifa University and in the Technion, as well as a staff member of the School for Group Facilitation in Tel-Aviv University.
Prior to her role at AKT, Yael was the Organization and Leadership Development Manager in WE-Power (NGO), on the Leadership Team of the School of Leadership Development in the IDF, and the Manager of Milo consulting Haifa Branch (Adam-Milo). Yael led a leadership project for Young Israeli leaders together with President Shimon Peres.
Yael holds a PhD in Psychology with Organizational Learning specialization from Haifa University, MA degree in Organizational Psychology and a BA degree in Psychology from Haifa University. Yael is a certified Occupational and Organizational Psychologist by the Psychologists Council of Israel and is on the management board of the Israeli Organization for Organizational Development (IPPA).
